What if you could understand Yourself a little better?

Chris provided incredible validation and compassion for my experience as we explored my HD chart. My reading with Chris gave me 'permission' to follow my 'wait to respond' strategy. Feeling that 'permission' has lifted some weight off my shoulders as I work on decreasing my presence in my not-self theme of frustration and growing towards acceptance of myself.
