I work with leaders, professionals, and individuals who are navigating complexity, behavioural patterns, transition, or a growing disconnect between how life looks externally and how it actually feels internally.
Often, people arrive feeling stuck, overextended, emotionally reactive, disconnected from themselves, or simply aware that the way they’ve been operating is no longer sustainable.
My work focuses on increasing awareness underneath those patterns — helping people better understand how they think, respond, communicate, relate, and make decisions under pressure and complexity.
I integrate executive coaching, Energy Leadership™, behavioural awareness, nervous system-informed approaches, and Human Design as practical tools for reflection, clarity, and meaningful change.
This work is not about becoming someone else. It’s about understanding how you operate most naturally — and creating more alignment between who you are, how you lead, and how you live.

The work I do goes beneath surface-level solutions.
Whether someone comes to me through leadership challenges, burnout, behavioural patterns, emotional overwhelm, or major life transitions, the focus is rarely just the external situation itself.
Together, we explore the underlying patterns influencing how you operate: how you think, adapt, communicate, make decisions, and relate to yourself and others.
I use frameworks such as the Energy Leadership Index Assessment and Human Design not as rigid systems, but as tools for increasing awareness and helping people better understand their natural way of operating.
My role is not to tell people who they should become. It’s to help create the awareness, clarity, and behavioural flexibility that allow more aligned choices and sustainable change.
Why I Do This Work
I’ve experienced firsthand what it means to operate from constant responsibility, performance, and over-adaptation — staying functional externally while becoming increasingly disconnected internally.
Over time, I became less interested in surface-level success and more interested in understanding what actually creates clarity, trust, sustainable leadership, and meaningful change.
What I discovered is that many people are not struggling because they lack capability. They’re struggling because they’ve learned to operate against themselves for so long that stress, overthinking, pressure, and adaptation start to feel normal.
This work is about increasing awareness of those patterns — and creating the conditions for people to reconnect to themselves, their clarity, and a more sustainable way of leading and living.
