Nervous System Insight Session.
Based on the Energy Leadership Index® (ELI) assessment.
Why this Session exists.
This session is designed for people who function well on the outside, but experience ongoing mental busyness, pressure, or fatigue on the inside — even when life appears stable and nothing is “wrong.” IIt helps you understand how your perception and attitude shape the way you think, decide, and move through everyday situations — and how these patterns can quietly create subtle, ongoing stress, often without you realizing it.
Many people don’t experience stress as something dramatic or acute. Instead, it shows up as a constant background state: staying mentally alert, emotionally available, responsible, or accommodating — while the nervous system remains subtly activated. Over time, this takes a toll on clarity, energy, and the ability to sense what is actually right.
The Foundation: Energy Leadership Index Assessment® (ELI)
The session is grounded in the Energy Leadership Index Assessment® (ELI), a research-backed attitudinal assessment developed by iPEC and used worldwide in leadership and coaching contexts. The ELI measures attitude and perception — the lens through which you interpret situations — and how this lens shifts under obvious pressure compared to moments when there is more internal safety and capacity.
In other words, it makes something normally intangible — attitude and perception — visible and measurable, using a proven methodology rather than intuition or self-report alone.
Adding a Nervous-System-Aware interpretation.
In this session, we look at how these perceptual patterns tend to operate in real life — not only in moments of high pressure, but in ordinary, day-to-day situations. Some patterns look functional or even positive on the surface: being helpful, staying composed, anticipating others’ needs, taking responsibility, keeping things moving. At the nervous system level, however, these same patterns can keep the system in a state of ongoing activation, even when no immediate threat is present.
Rather than asking whether these attitudes are “good” or “bad,” we explore:
how they developed
what they’ve made possible
and where they may now be costing more energy than they return
What this Session Creates.
This is an insight- and awareness-creating session.
It combines:
real data (the ELI assessment)
a proven methodology for mapping attitude and perception
and a guided conversation that layers in your lived experience
Together, this makes patterns visible that are otherwise hard to see, hard to name, and easy to normalize. This often brings immediate relief, not because anything has been “fixed,” but because things finally make sense at the right level.
How it works.
You receive a link to complete the Energy Leadership Index® (ELI) assessment online (approximately 20 minutes).
You complete a short reflective questionnaire to add context around stress, capacity, and current circumstances.
We schedule a one-on-one Nervous System Insight Session.
In the session, we translate your results into lived understanding, connecting perception, attitude, and nervous system strain in a way that is practical and grounded.
