‘We don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are.’
Anais Nin
1:1 Coaching.
I work with women who have a real question on the table — a decision, a crossroads, a recurring issue — and who sense that thinking harder or pushing themselves hasn’t brought the clarity they’re looking for.
Often, the problem isn’t the question itself. It’s the state of the nervous system underneath it. When the system is under pressure, every option feels loaded, urgent, or confusing — even when you’re capable and intelligent.
In our work together, we don’t avoid the question you’re facing. We slow down enough to see what’s actually shaping it: how your body is responding, where pressure or fear is driving the process, and what becomes possible once there is more internal safety and capacity.
What you leave with is a clearer sense of direction and a recalibrated way of listening to yourself — something you can return to beyond this one decision.
Human Design.
Human Design is a practical system for understanding how you are wired to make decisions, handle pressure, and move through change.
Rather than telling you who to be, it offers a map — one that helps you recognize what supports you, what drains you, and where conditioning may be overriding your natural way of operating.
I use Human Design as a supportive framework within coaching and self-inquiry. Especially when the nervous system is under stress, this kind of clarity can help you stop forcing decisions and start trusting what actually works for you.
You don’t need to understand all the details to begin. Awareness is the starting point.
Nervous System Awareness Assessment.
This assessment helps you understand how much stress your system is currently carrying — and how that impacts clarity, resilience, and choice.
You’ll gain insight into how you respond under pressure versus how you operate when your system feels safe, resourced, and supported. This distinction is often the missing link when change feels hard to sustain.
This service uses the Energy Leadership Index® (ELI®) assessment, a proprietary tool developed by iPEC.
The ELI® offers insight into attitudinal patterns related to stress, perception, and response. The interpretation and debrief are offered within a nervous-system-aware coaching context, focused on awareness rather than fixing.
